Binance MisCalculated SUI / DEXE rate and lost $2350 in 1 second

Once I noticed that DEXE was dropping vital value, I transformed it from SUI to DEXE, considering it will right itself. On the time, SUI was $2.54 and DEXE was $5.57. (Binance's own data also show these figures.)

So, 1 DEXE = 2.19 SUI

I had SUI in my account, equivalent to 10,050 USDT. My account dropped to $7,700 the second I clicked the Convert button. Once I checked the transaction, I noticed that 1 DEXE = 2.74 SUI.

Once I go to the assistance tab, I can't get past the robotic. I can't discover the relevant assist part. What can I do? Will Binance be prepared to repair this?
