Does anyone have an ETA for when wire transfers will be available for retail customers?

I've an enormous tax bill due on april 15th and wire transfers are the only choice for larger transfers. "Advanced verification" has been obtainable for my account for over a yr now and I've been making an attempt so as to add the wire switch choice for over every week. The chat factor says "no recognized ETA for wire transfers for retail" and I'm afraid that it'll say that previous the April 15th deadline.

Does anybody know when wire transfers shall be out there again for retail clients?
