How to fix

I've by no means touched anything like this earlier than and like an fool I blindly swapped a token into USDT on the BNB network because on the time it appeared good resulting from no charges. It's sitting in my uniswap pockets and transferring/selling/swapping all now require BNB. I'm in Canada which means from what I can tell throughout a number of apps is I can't purchase BNB. However I can also't do anything with the money USDT to fix this. Am I just fucked? Be happy to roast me lol
