I'm not saying that we've definitely reached the peak of the current cycle, we can still go over 150k in this cycle (and I wouldn't be surprised), but I think it's almost over. The risk/reward ratio doesn't seem as high as it was 1.5 years ago.

It was a disappointment for me too, I didn't expect this.

But of course, EVERYTHING IS DIFFERENT NOW... ... as always.
