PRO Merchant status removed

Hey Binance, I am writing here because the chat help shouldn't be very useful.

I am a professional service provider on Binance for more than 2 years, I've over 48,000 complete P2P trades and have constructive feedback of 98.13%.

I was off boarded from service provider program without any purpose, I am literally begging the help on chat to tell me the rationale so if I really feel I am guilty of any flawed doings I might stop sending them messages but they maintain copy pasting templates that they can't present me a purpose.

This is cruelty, you took away my foremost supply of revenue from me and not even offering me a cause or a chance for any clarification.

Kindly please speak with the help chat and assist me with this situation.
