Lost 2FA and backup codes on a 5+ year old Binance account. How can I recover it?

I haven't used my Binance account in over 5 years. Once I tried to log again in, I noticed I misplaced entry to my 2-step verification because I modified my telephone. Unfortunately, I've additionally misplaced the backup codes.

I still have access to the registered e mail tackle and telephone number. What can I do to take away the 2FA from my account?

I'm asking here because I haven't been successful in reaching customer help without logging in.
